Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on the YETERNA Aesthetics website.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility. To request cancellation, please email us immediately at theyeterna@gmail.com with your order number and registered contact details.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Company

YETERNA Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer details, delivery location non-serviceability or operational limitations.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method or another approved mode as per company policy. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
